Authorship Guidelines:
Authorship credit ensures appropriate recognition and accountability in scholarly work. Authors listed on a manuscript must:
-
Contribute significantly to the research (design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation).
-
Draft, revise, or critically review the manuscript.
-
Agree on the target journal and all versions of the manuscript, including during submission, revision, and proofing.
-
Accept responsibility for the entire content and collaborate in resolving any integrity-related concerns.
Authorship decisions (including listing and order) are the shared responsibility of all contributors. The editor does not resolve authorship disputes—such issues are referred to the institutions involved.
The guidance also covers:
-
Role of corresponding authors
-
Authorship changes
-
Use of professional writing or translation assistance
-
Proper acknowledgment of AI tools
Citation Guidelines:
All research and non-research articles must include relevant, timely, and verified references (preferably peer-reviewed) to support claims made in the manuscript.
New Journal Proposal to Science Transactions
We appreciate your interest in launching a new journal with Science Transactions ("Publisher"). We publish online journals related to science, engineering, and technology in English. We are eager to share details about the assistance we can provide to individuals interested in spearheading the launch of a new journal with Science Transactions, whether as Editor-in-Chief or Senior Editor.
We have prepared a Proposal Form for a New Journal Launch to streamline the process. This form will assist you in providing all the necessary information we require. Once you have completed the form, please email your submission (PDF file) to sciencetransactions@gmail.com, which will be forwarded to our publishing directors for further review. You will also receive an email to confirm receipt. Please provide your full CV, publication history, and funding record (if any) with the proposal form.
Please feel free to contact us at info@sciencetransactions.com if you have any questions about preparing the formal proposal.
The following outlines the terms and conditions (called as an Agreement) of your proposal as Editor-in-chief or Senior Editor (but not limited to) of the Science Transactions journal:
LETTER OF AGREEMENT:
Your proposal is officially accepted by the Science Transactions (“Publisher”) and requires no further confirmation within the Science Transactions structure. The Journal is an official publication of the Science Transactions and is owned and published by the Science Transactions Publications. Editors are nominated or elected by the Science Transactions and serve at the pleasure of the publisher on Publications. Editors will be provided with adequate resources for manuscript review and selection and possess broad authority to select and shape the content of the Journal by the approved coverage statement. However, the ultimate direction and publishing authority belong to the Science Transactions, and the Journal is considered a contribution to the science, engineering, and technology.
Proprietorship:
Proprietorship of the Journal, its goodwill, and its trademark remain with Science Transactions. Therefore, no agreements may be entered into regarding material in the Journal. Furthermore, it is acknowledged and agreed that all ideas, improvements, creations, and other works developed or conceived by you in your role as editor are considered "works made for hire" and are thus the property of the Science Transactions, free of any claim whatsoever from you.
Responsibilities of the Editor-in-Chief:
- Proposing editorial board members and collaborating with them,
- Providing outlines for journal issues and reviewing all submitted materials for accuracy, including text, photographs, and diagrams,

- Rejecting plagiarized, ghost-written, previously published, or irrelevant materials,
- Organizing a review team to assess submitted manuscripts,
- Securing copyright transfers, copyediting and proofreading contributions, ensuring compliance with publication deadlines, and upholding ethical standards.
- Ensuring no content violates proprietary rights or copyrights,
- Posting new and engaging topics related to the journal's scope and inviting authors to submit manuscripts,
- Making decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts and ensuring the quality of manuscripts through cross-checking.
- You are expected to adhere to general policies and practices approved by the Science Transactions Code of Ethics.

Editor-in-chief consent:
By accepting the following terms and conditions, you confirm your consent as an Editor-in-Chief of journals at Science Transactions ("Publisher"):
- The initial official term for the Editor-in-Chief will be three years. Renewal of the term will be contingent upon the development of the journal, the Editor-in-Chief's contributions, and mutual agreement.
- The Editor-in-Chief is expected to diligently adhere to the general policies, code of ethics, and practices of Science Transactions publications. These policies may be subject to periodic updates to align with the expansion plans and enhance the quality of the journal system.
- The editor-in-chief agrees to display their name and photograph on the site and journal cover for promotional purposes.
- Your acceptance of these terms signifies your commitment to upholding the standards and values of Science Transactions Publications.
Journal Production:
Journal production responsibilities rest with the Science Transactions. However, you may propose modest cover design changes, and the publisher will consult with you on mutual concerns.
Conclusion:
Science Transactions shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement without any further obligation upon written notice to the Editor-in-chief or Senior Editor (or but not limited to) of at least one months if the Publisher should decide to discontinue the publication of the Journal. While it is expected that the Editor-in-Chief will fulfil the agreed-upon term, this agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:
- Lack of mutual understanding of common aspects as per the policies of Science Transactions Publications.
